Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all personal information collected by EXPERIANCIA Conflict Prevention and Resolution ("EXPERIANCIA") from the EXPERIANCIA.CA site (the "Site") or any other social media platform in connection with its services. This policy is subject to the laws of Quebec on the matter, An Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, as well as other applicable legal provisions and regulations.

EXPERIANCIA respects your right to protect your personal information and undertakes to protect them and use them only for the purposes for which they were collected. The objective of this policy is to inform you about our privacy practices, notably by giving you information on why we collect personal information, as well as how they are used and stored.

 

How and Why Personal Information is Collected

EXPERIANCIA may collect some of your personal information when you sign up for our newsletter and when you communicate with us. The information is mainly your first name, family name, email address and company name.

It is collected and used notably to send you the newsletter or for any other similar communication, to better answer questions asked and to improve the content and functionalities of the Site and therefore provide you with information of interest.

We do not share your personal information with a promotional partner unless you authorized us to communicate your personal information in such a fashion.

Third-party email addresses or other personal information provided to share the content of this Site or social medial platforms, if applicable, are not collected and are not stored by EXPERIANCIA, unless these persons provided themselves their personal information and agreed to receive communications from us.

Information on our Site is not intended for minors. EXPERIANCIA does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
