Profile

Marjolaine Gagnon

Marjolaine Gagnon founded EXPERIANCIA in 2013 to pursue her practice independently. She can count on a solid network of valuable collaborators who strengthen the services that she offers and her daily practice.

Thanks to her experience as a lawyer since 1995 and her complementary university education, she now offers services in dispute prevention and resolution, mainly through mediation.

At EXPERIANCIA, she also continues her practice in advertising and intellectual property law.

She is a mediator accredited notably with the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ) and the Barreau du Québec in civil and commercial matters.

Her main intervention areas are:

  • Civil and commercial mediation / dispute prevention and resolution
  • Advertising and marketing law
  • Intellectual property
  • Privacy and anti-spam legislation

Marjolaine Gagnon regularly acts as a speaker in the area
of advertising and privacy law.

Her thesis for her masters in dispute prevention and resolution at the Université de Sherbrooke focuses on mediation in conflicts regarding trade-marks.
